3. Select Membership Plan, better "Bronze" plan.
4. Fill Login Details.
5. Fill Contact Information
6. Fill Billing Information
7. Confirm

After that you have to send these items by courier (Fed-Ex, DHL, Etc) to USA2Me, within 30 days.
1) Form 1583 signed (2 originals)
2) Copies of two identifications, (see instructions on USA2ME)
3) Copy of the Credit Card you used at signup.
